Sinpaş GYO tarafından hayata geçirilen Gökorman projesi iki blokta 420 konuttan meydana geliyor. Projede alanları 48 ila 57 metrekarelik 1+0 daireler, 75 ila 88 metrekarelik 1+1 daireler, 104 ila 140 metrekarelik 2+1 daireler, 135 ila 190 metrekarelik 3+1 daireler, 181 ila 204 metrekarelik 4+1 daireler bulunuyor.

Ödeme Seçenekleri

Sinpaş’ın yeni kampanyasına göre; yüzde 10 peşinatla ev sahibi olmak mümkün. 6 ay sonra yüzde 10, 12 ay sonra yüzde 15, 24 ay sonra yüzde 20 ara ödeme yapılıyor. Kalan konut bedeli 72 ay vade imkanı sunuluyor.

Sinpaş Gökorman’da A blok Ağustos 2020’de teslim!

Sinpaş’ın Anadolu Yakası’ndaki 18. projesi olma özelliğine sahip “Gökorman”, Şile yolu üzerinde, Çekmeköy Ormanı’nın yanı başında yükseliyor. Sinpaş GYO’nun merakla beklenen projesi Gökorman, 22 Eylül’de düzenlenen lansmanla satışa çıktı. Şile yolu üzerinde, Çekmeköy Ormanı’nın yanı başında yükselecek Gökorman ağaçlarla çevrili katları, Türkiye’de ilk kez gökyüzüne uzanan doğa ile mimarisiyle İstanbul Anadolu Yakası’nın en yeni ve dikkat çeken projesi olacak. Projenin A bloğu 2020 yılının Ağustos ayında, B bloğu ise Ekim 2020’de teslim edilecek.

Çekmeköy Ormanı manzaralı Gökorman; ağaçlarla çevrili katları, yeşili gökyüzüyle buluşturan özgün mimarisi ve 100 metre yükseklikte bile ağaçlara dokunabilecek kadar doğayla iç içe olma ayrıcalığı ile İstanbul’u yepyeni bir yaşamla tanıştıracak. 1+1 daireden 4+1 daire tipine kadar farklı seçeneklerle planlanan Gökorman’da yer alan ev tiplerinin yüzde 70’i 100 m2’den büyük dairelerle ailelere seslenirken, geri kalan daireler ise iş merkezlerine ve metroya yakınlığı ile genç profesyonelleri hedefliyor.

Şile yolu üzerinde Çekmeköy-Ümraniye aksında yükselecek proje; Ataşehir’e 10 dakika, Ikea ve Metro’ya 4 dakika mesafede olmasının yanında, bağlantı yollarına dakikalar içinde ulaşılabilen lokasyonu ile de ideal bir yatırım fırsatı sunuyor.

About the Project

Realized by Sinpas GYO, Gökorman project consists of 420 residences in two blocks. The project includes 1 + 0 apartments of 48 to 57 square meters, 1 + 1 apartments of 75 to 88 square meters, 2 + 1 apartments of 104 to 140 square meters, 3 + 1 apartments of 135 to 190 square meters, 4 + 1 apartments of 181 to 204 square meters.

Payment Options

According to Sinpaş’s new campaign, it is possible to own a house with 10 percent down payment. 10 percent after 6 months, 15 percent after 12 months and 20 percent after 24 months. The remaining housing cost is offered a 72-month maturity.

“Gökorman”, the 18th project of Sinpaş on the Anatolian Side, is rising on the Şile road, next to Çekmeköy Forest. Gökorman, the highly anticipated project of Sinpaş GYO, went on sale with the launch held on September 22nd. Gökorman, which will rise on the Şile road, next to Çekmeköy Forest, will be the newest and most remarkable project of the Anatolian Side of Istanbul with its tree-lined floors, nature and architecture extending to the sky for the first time in Turkey. Block A of the project will be delivered in August 2020 and Block B in October 2020.

With a view of Çekmeköy Forest, Gökorman will introduce Istanbul to a brand new life with its floors surrounded by trees, its unique architecture that combines green with the sky and the privilege of being so close to nature that you can touch the trees even at a height of 100 meters. Planned with different options ranging from 1+1 flats to 4+1 flats, 70 percent of the house types in Gökorman appeal to families with flats larger than 100 m2, while the remaining flats target young professionals with their proximity to business centers and the metro.

The project, which will rise on the Çekmeköy-Ümraniye axis on the Şile road; In addition to being 10 minutes from Ataşehir, 4 minutes from Ikea and Metro, it offers an ideal investment opportunity with its location that can be reached within minutes to the connection roads.
