Ağaoğlu İnşaat’ın merakla beklenen Çekmeköy projesinin detayları belli oldu. 6 Ekim’de düzenlenen lansmanla görücüye çıkan projeye “Ağaoğlu Çekmeköy Park” adı verildi. Metrogarden projesinin karşısındaki kapalı pazar alanının olduğu noktada yükselecek Ağaoğlu Çekmeköy Park projesinin inşaat çalışmaları 2 Ekim 2017 tarihinde başladı.

Çekmeköy Park projesinde en güvendikleri özelliğin kat planları olduğunu vurgulayan Ali Ağaoğlu sözlerine şu şekilde son verdi; “İddia ediyorum müşterilerimiz, bugüne kadar yaptığımız en kullanışlı kat planları ile karşılaşacaklar. Projemizde her evde bir balkon var, özellikle çocuklu aileler için büyük ve kullanışlı metrekareli yaşam alanları planladık. Ayrıca 1453’te olduğu gibi sitenin ve çevrenin ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak cadde konseptinde alışveriş üniteleri de mevcut.” Ağaoğlu, “Çekmeköy Park projemizde de yüzde 25 lansman indirimi ile müşterilerimize kısa sürede yüksek getiriyi sağlıyoruz.
